At GlucoWellness, we are committed to providing high-quality nutrition education and consultation services. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate cancellation or request for refunds. This policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds for our various services and products.
1. Nutrition Courses Refund Policy
1.1 Online Courses
For all online nutrition courses purchased through GlucoWellness:
- 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your online course purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
- Refund Process: To request a refund for an online course, please contact our support team at support@glucowelness.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be issued using the original payment method.
- Access Termination: Upon refund approval, your access to the course materials will be terminated.
1.2 In-Person Workshops and Seminars
For in-person nutrition workshops and seminars:
- Cancellation with 14+ Days Notice: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
- Cancellation with 7-13 Days Notice: 50% refund of the total registration fee.
- Cancellation with Less Than 7 Days Notice: No refund will be provided; however, you may transfer your registration to another individual or apply the fee to a future workshop within 6 months.
- Workshop Cancellation by GlucoWellness: In the event that we cancel a workshop, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another workshop date.
2. Nutrition Consultation Services Refund Policy
2.1 Individual Consultation Sessions
For one-time or individual nutrition consultation appointments:
- Cancellation with 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
- Cancellation with 24-47 Hours Notice: 75% refund or rescheduling without penalty.
- Cancellation with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: No refund will be provided unless there are extenuating circumstances (medical emergency, etc.) that can be documented.
- No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will not receive a refund and will be charged the full consultation fee.
2.2 Consultation Packages
For multi-session nutrition consultation packages:
- Unused Sessions: If you have purchased a package of consultation sessions and wish to discontinue services, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused sessions, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Refund Request Deadline: Requests for refunds on unused package sessions must be submitted within 90 days from the purchase date.
- Package Expiration: Please note that consultation packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued for expired packages.
3. Personalized Nutrition Plans Refund Policy
For customized nutrition plans developed specifically for individual clients:
- Before Plan Delivery: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee if cancellation occurs before the nutrition plan is delivered to the client.
- After Plan Delivery: No refunds will be provided after the personalized nutrition plan has been delivered to the client, as significant professional time and expertise have already been invested in its creation.
- Plan Revisions: One round of minor revisions is included in the original price. Additional revision requests may incur additional charges.
4. Digital Products and Resources
For downloadable nutrition guides, e-books, and other digital resources:
- Before Download: Full refund available if requested before downloading the digital product.
- After Download: Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be provided after the product has been downloaded, unless the product is defective or materially different from its description.
- Subscription-Based Resources: For subscription-based digital resources, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of your current billing period.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Medical Emergencies
In cases of documented medical emergencies that prevent participation in courses or attendance at scheduled consultations, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include rescheduling, credit toward future services, or a partial or full refund at our discretion.
5.2 Technical Issues
If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing or completing an online course or virtual consultation, and our technical support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund request has been unfairly denied or if you have any concerns about our refund policy:
